1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India, including major cities and remote locations, subject to courier and transport service availability.
For bulk or custom orders, we may also arrange delivery via transport agencies or direct dispatch, depending on the location.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation and payment (unless specified otherwise).
Customized, made-to-order, or bulk items may take longer to process. Estimated lead time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery timelines vary based on your location, product availability, and shipping method.
Estimated delivery time:
Within Rajasthan: 2–4 business days
Rest of India: 4–8 business days
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to holidays, transport strikes, weather conditions, or unforeseen issues with third-party logistics providers.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be shared with you at the time of quotation or order confirmation.
For some orders, free delivery may be offered based on order value, location, or ongoing promotions.

For large or bulk shipments via transport agency, the transport bill or LR number will be provided for tracking.
6. Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Once the order is handed over to the courier or transport agency, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer.
We recommend inspecting the product at the time of delivery. If any damage or issue is noticed, it should be reported to us within 48 hours.

We are not liable for any delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or strikes).
