1. Order Cancellation

a) Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the product has not been dispatched.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via phone or email with your order details.

b) After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our warehouse or facility.

  • In case of any urgent concerns, we recommend contacting our team at the earliest.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as per the order

  • The order was paid for, but not fulfilled due to stock issues or cancellation from our end

Refund Process:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide order details, proof of payment, and photos (in case of damage or wrong product).

  • Once your request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Cancellation requests made after dispatch

  • Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Returns without valid proof of purchase or communication

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defect, etc.), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer-side error, the return shipping cost must be borne by the buyer.
